Confidential is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our established Bakersfield, California practice. The initial schedule is 1 day per week, with potential for additional days based on patient demand and scheduling needs.

The practice offers an established patient base, supportive staff, and multiple treatment rooms. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy within an organized environment and a focus on excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery with current California licensure or eligibility.
• Appropriate anesthesia permits/credentials or ability to obtain them as required by California regulations.
• Strong communication and treatment-planning skills to coordinate with patients and staff.
• Professional, collaborative approach to patient care and teamwork.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered surgical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality oral and maxillofacial surgical care on a part-time schedule (1 day per week initially).
• Collaborate with a well-established clinical and administrative team to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Participate in treatment planning and patient consultations within the practice’s systems.

Education

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Current California dental license or eligibility for California licensure

Appropriate anesthesia permits/credentials or eligibility to obtain them

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-centered Board Certified/Board Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our well-established practice in Bakersfield, California.

This opportunity will initially begin at one day per week, making it an excellent option for a surgeon looking to add a consistent surgical day to their existing schedule or seeking a flexible part-time opportunity. Additional days may become available over time based on patient demand and practice scheduling needs.

Our Bakersfield location is an established, fully equipped oral surgery practice with a strong patient base, established referral relationships, and a highly trained clinical and administrative team. The infrastructure and support are already in place, allowing the incoming surgeon to step into an organized practice and focus on providing exceptional patient care.
