The Community Hospital Anesthesia service line has been instrumental in the organization’s unprecedented growth and success over the last decade. From what started out, not that long ago, as a small group of Physician’s that covered some basic General and Orthopedic surgery has expanded tremendously to now support nearly twenty different surgical specialties in multiple settings as well as a thriving Labor and Delivery department that continues to set year-over-year delivery records. As the organization expands its surgical capabilities and physical capacity with two new OR’s actively under construction, we are looking for additional Anesthesiologists to join this growing group that is completely supportive of the organization’s growth initiatives and strategies.

Position Benefits Include:

• Join a collaborative ten member all Physician Anesthesia team.
• No CRNA or AA oversight or supervision responsibilities
• Maintain and expand your skills by supporting a comprehensive variety of surgical service lines.
• Group provides surgical call for a Level III Trauma Center and Labor and Deliver coverage. Enjoy a manageable equally shared call burden that is designed to support a good work-life balance.
• Competitive base salary of $525,000 (includes call compensation) with additional compensation including quality bonus, deferred compensation plan, and employer retirement matching contributions of up to $50,000 annually
