Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home ABA services throughout New Jersey, committed to delivering enriching services to individuals in the ABA community. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, offering opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments using tools such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
  • Perform Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Develop individualized programs for clients.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in delivering 1:1 ABA services.
  • Manage staff to address behavioral challenges and build functional skills.
  • Provide ABA training to families in accordance with authorization requirements.
  • Maintain electronic client progress data using Rethink Behavioral Health system.
Qualifications:
  • Active BCBA certification in the United States.
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA.
  • 8-hour Supervision Certificate preferred.
