Brighter Steps ABA LLC in Newark, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Assessment and Development: Conduct thorough assessments to identify individualized goals and interventions for each client, collaborating with parents and caregivers to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Treatment Implementation: Deliver ABA-based therapy services to children with ASD, utilizing evidence-based strategies to improve communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Data Collection and Analysis: Accurately collect and analyze client data to inform treatment decisions, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
• Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open lines of communication with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
• Continuing Education: Stay current with best practices in ABA, attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences to advance knowledge and skills

Requirements:
