Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide training and supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation

• $80 - $110 HOURLY based on experience and qualifications
