Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Arlington, VA seeks a licensed BCBA to join our team on a flex schedule with no caseload. This role offers both part-time and full-time options in a supportive, collaborative environment delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism.

You will design and implement ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, train BCaBAs and RBTs, partner with families, and stay current with evidence-based practices in a family-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field required.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA preferred.

• Provide training and coaching to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust

• Stay current with industry best practices, research, and evidence-based methodologies

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
