Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA in New Mexico is seeking a dedicated BCBA to help children reach their full potential in a collaborative, supportive team.

You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise BIPs, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to implement consistent care across home and school settings.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• New Mexico licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for serving children and families throughout New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments to identify each child’s strengths and needs.
• Develop and oversee individual Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using evidence-based ABA practices.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA staff.
• Analyze treatment data and make clinical decisions that promote meaningful progress.
• Partner with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers to create consistent support across environments.
• Provide caregiver coaching to help families build skills and confidence at home.
• Maintain timely documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with BACB and insurance requirements.
• Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical care while fostering positive relationships with clients and families.
