Epic Minds Therapy in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs for individuals with autism and related developmental needs. This full-time role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families to support client success.

The BCBA will ensure ethical program delivery, maintain compliance, and participate in ongoing professional development.

About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs), and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Your expertise will help shape our therapy programs, ensuring that every child receives the highest quality care and support.
