Base pay range

$85.00/hr - $100.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Observe patients and assess their behavior
• Meet with families, teachers, or doctors to discuss treatment progress and recommend behavioral interventions
• Develop individualized behavior plans
• Create simulated conditions to observe client behavior
• Formulate treatment plans sensitive to clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
• Administer and tailor interventions as needed
• Recommend additional treatments from other professionals as required
• Operate within resource constraints
• Stay updated on research and evidence-based practices
• Advocate for inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities in society
