A Better Way ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to observe patients, assess behavior, and collaborate with families, teachers, and doctors to discuss progress and plan interventions.

The role involves developing individualized behavior plans, creating simulated scenarios to observe responses, and tailoring treatments to cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs while upholding evidence-based practices and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a BCBA or similar role.
• Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures.
• Excellent verbal and report writing skills.
• Calm, empathic, and patient nature.
• The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even when under duress.

• Remain abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices
• Advocate for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society
