Job summary

Excellent Home Care Inc. in the New York City area seeks a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop effective treatment plans, and supervise BT/RBTs in a hybrid in-person/telehealth model across all NYC boroughs.

The role requires NYS licensure as an LBA and BCBA certification; bilingual skills are a plus. You will participate in parent trainings, collaborate with educators, and ensure thorough progress documentation to

• BCBA certification required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Initial and Ongoing Assessments
• Complete authorizations as needed for clients
• Develop effective treatment plans for our clients
• Supervise BT/RBTs
• Ongoing monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to best facilitate skill development
• Regular Parent Trainings
• Collaborate with Educators
• Ensure appropriate documentation of progress.
