The role includes developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pay Range: $90 - $100/hour
• Full-Time: 36 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: New Jersey
