Brighter Steps ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in New Jersey. We are an ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices, collaboration, and professional growth.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $90 - $100/hour
• Full-Time: 36 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: New Jersey

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
