Able Minds ABA is seeking a BCBA in Bedford, PA to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis. The role includes initial assessments, treatment planning, supervising ABA sessions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Flexible work arrangements and no caseload are offered to support a balanced schedule. Requirements include a Master's in ABA or related field, BCBA certification or on-track, and 1+ year of experience with children with autism.

Able Minds ABA is seeking a part-time and full-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Bedford, PA. As a BCBA, you will be working with our talented team to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or on-track to obtain certification
• 1+ year of experience working with children with autism, preferably in an ABA setting
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
