Company Mission:

Our primary mission is to provide comprehensive and effective autism therapeutic services for children and young adults between the ages of 3 to 22 years old. Our goal is to create individualized programs that support our clients and families in living independent, fulfilling lives.

Position Summary:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA), you will lead assessments, develop, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with Autism and related developmental disabilities. This role involves collaborating with caregivers and staff, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and analyze Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to develop targeted behavior intervention plans.
  • Create and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), training caregivers and staff in their implementation using competency-based methods.
  • Graph and interpret data on client behaviors, making necessary adjustments to interventions.
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients and funding sources.
  • Model, train, and provide feedback to caregivers on BIP implementation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of services, including progress notes and logs.
  • Maintain BCBA/LABA certification through ongoing education (CEUs).

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA or LABA certification required.
  • Experience in conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
  • Ability to train and provide feedback to caregivers and staff.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA laws and confidentiality standards.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and commitment to quality and safety.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work environment.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between client sites.
