Company Mission:

Our primary mission is to provide comprehensive and effective autism therapeutic services for children and young adults between the ages of 3 to 22 years old. Our goal is to create individualized programs to support our clients and families in living independent, fulfilling lives.

Position Summary:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA), you will lead assessments, develop, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with Autism and related developmental disabilities. This involves collaborating with caregivers and staff, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct and analyze Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to develop targeted intervention plans.
  2. Create and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and train caregivers and staff in their implementation using competency-based methods.
  3. Graph and interpret data on client behaviors, adjusting interventions as necessary.
  4. Complete required reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for clients and funding sources.
  5. Model, train, and support caregivers in BIP implementation, providing feedback for improvement.
  6. Maintain detailed documentation of services, including progress notes and logs.
  7. Maintain BCBA/LABA certification through ongoing education (CEUs).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA or LABA certification is required.
  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
  • Ability to train and provide feedback to caregivers and staff.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA laws and confidentiality standards.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and commitment to quality and safety standards.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and environment.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between client sites.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time or part-time, with expected hours ranging from 4 to 35 per week.
  • Evening shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

  • Must be able to work in Worcester, MA 01604, and willing to relocate before starting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred.
