A leading behavioral health organization in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a BCBA to develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families. Total Compensation Package from $86,500 to $122,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.
Monthly Performance Bonuses : Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
Sign On Bonus : Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
Mentorship Bonuses : Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!
Certification Bonuses : Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Join Dr.Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Team, mentor and train clinicians in evidence‑based ABA practice.
Collaborate with Dr.LindaLeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality.
A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
