Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate and Georgia LBA where applicable.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and pediatric populations.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for each client.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to staff.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to support progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.

Competitive Compensation: Earn $80–$95 per hour while enjoying the flexibility of a per diem schedule.

Stone Mountain & Surrounding Areas Opportunity

This position is available across Stone Mountain and surrounding areas, providing flexibility to work with clients in your area based on availability, client needs, and clinical requirements.

Stone Mountain, GA & Surrounding Areas | In-Person, Hybrid & Remote

This is a flexible position offering in-person, hybrid, and remote work options, depending on client needs, clinical requirements, location, and assigned cases.

BCBAs may have the opportunity to provide services remotely when appropriate, while some cases may require in-person services based on client and family needs.

BCBAs currently living in Stone Mountain or surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. Candidates currently living outside the area are also welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to the Stone Mountain area when in-person services or other position requirements make relocation necessary and they meet all applicable certification and licensure requirements.

Please note: While remote opportunities are available, certain cases and clinical responsibilities may require in-person services. Reliable transportation is required when in-person travel is necessary.

You’ll have the flexibility to work around your availability while maintaining high standards of clinical care and collaboration.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide individualized programming

• Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs

• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs

• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to support continued client progress

• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation

• Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and company requirements

• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high‑quality ABA services

What Sets You Apart

Required

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

• Active BCBA certification in good standing

• Current 8‑hour supervision certificate

• Georgia LBA, where applicable

• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required

Nice to Have

• Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center‑based, in‑home, or hybrid setting
