At C.A.B.S. Autism & Behavior Specialists in Savannah, GA, a BCBA is sought for a full-time role to lead ABA services across clinic, home and community settings. The position emphasizes naturalistic teaching, clinical quality and collaborative teamwork.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, BCBA certification, and at least 4 years of experience delivering ABA services to children. Strong communication, leadership, and data-driven practice are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification and supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 4 years delivering ABA services to children.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Physical ability to engage with clients (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver ABA therapy in clinic, home, and community settings.
• Develop and maintain functional, naturalistic treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses.
• Mentor and collaborate with behavior technicians and BCBAs.
• Create training materials for staff and parents.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment integrity.
• Maintain accurate data collection and documentation.
