  • Physical ability to engage with clients (lifting up to 50 lbs).
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and deliver ABA therapy in clinic, home, and community settings.
  • Develop and maintain functional, naturalistic treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses.
  • Mentor and collaborate with behavior technicians and BCBAs.
  • Create training materials for staff and parents.
  • Monitor client progress and ensure treatment integrity.
  • Maintain accurate data collection and documentation.
