Job summary

A behavioral health services provider is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA programs for children and youth in home and community settings. We are seeking dedicated BCBAs to deliver high-quality clinical services in home and community-based settings.

Position Overview

As a BCBA with TheraCare, you will oversee ABA programs for children and youth (ages 2–21) receiving services in their homes and communities. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure that services are delivered according to best practices and program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
  • Develop and revise individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and BCBA candidates.
  • Train and support caregivers and staff in implementing ABA strategies.
  • Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed to support client goals.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, timelines, and program protocols.
