Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem work with flexible hours and competitive hourly pay. You will deliver high-quality ABA services with clinical autonomy and support from Staffing Coordinator, Case Manager, and Clinical Support.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
  • Active state licensure where applicable.
  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation for in-person work.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming as needed.
  • Monitor client progress and ensure effective, individualized services.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
  • Ensure services comply with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and state requirements.
  • Deliver ethical, high-quality ABA services.

Your Impact as a BCBA

As a Per Diem BCBA, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services while partnering with families and your clinical team to help each client reach their goals.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment

  • Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments

  • Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation

  • Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements

  • Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate

  • Active state licensure where applicable

  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Reliable transportation when in-person services are required

  • Authorized to work in the United States

You'll Stand Out If You Have
  • Experience supervising RBTs and/or BCaBAs

  • Experience working in center-based, in-home, school, or hybrid settings

  • Familiarity with electronic clinical and data-collection platforms

  • Strong family and team collaboration skills

  • A passion for evidence-based practice and meaningful client outcomes
