gpac is seeking a hands-on BCBA to provide direct ABA therapy and coach Behavior Technicians across clinic and partner schools. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for early learners while maintaining a balanced, high-quality caseload and ongoing clinician mentoring.

The role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on client care, feedback culture, and adherence to high clinical standards within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or BCBA I consideration if final exam is forthcoming.
• Master's Degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Enthusiasm for hands-on client work and BT development.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills.
• Experience with assessment tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on ABA therapy and client support.
• Actively coach and develop Behavior Technicians through regular engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Clinic hours: Daytime only, no nights or evenings
• Structured administrative time built into schedule
• Balanced caseload allowing for quality client care
