Cortica is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role serving Danvers, MA and surrounding areas. You’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming and lead a team of behavior technicians to deliver high‑quality ABA services for children with developmental differences.

Your Role and Impact

As a BCBA at Cortica,you’llplay a pivotal role in overseeingneurodiversity-affirmingclinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.You'lllead ateam of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmentaldifferences.
