Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to lead design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism. You will supervise paraprofessionals and RBTs, update treatment plans, and ensure accurate data collection across client locations.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active, valid, unrestricted license to practice ABA in the service state.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and interpret results.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop and apply assessment and intervention methods for various cases, including new situations.
• Train others to implement ethical and effective behavior interventions based on research.
• Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
• Supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs with 1:1 supervision.
• Update treatment plans based on data and ongoing assessments.
• Oversee data collection and conduct parent training and treatment planning as needed.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and interpret results.

• Ensure ABA providers collect accurate data according to The Learning Tree’s policies.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Provide 1:1 direct supervision and guidance to team members.

• Update treatment plans based on data and ongoing assessments.

• Oversee the collection of appropriate and accurate data.

• Conduct face-to-face parent training and treatment planning as needed.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

• BCBACertification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required

• Possess an active, valid and unrestricted certificate(s)/ license(s) to perform applied behavior analytic services in the State where services are being provided

• Have the ability to travel to and between client locations
