Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients nationwide, with Georgia licensure or eligibility. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, supervising technicians, and caregiver collaboration, with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

The position offers fully remote work, no caseload minimums, and support from a dedicated BCBA Success Manager.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards.

Assistant Clinical Supervisor Comprehensive Behavior Supports (CBS) | 2017 – 2024 Originally hired as an Assistant Clinical Supervisor, I conducted assessments across New York and New Jersey, averaging approximately 75 assessments per year. I implemented a variety of assessment tools including the VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, Socially Savvy, and ABLLS to develop individualized treatment goals. In addition to supervising direct care staff and overseeing treatment for five to ten clients at a time, I ran center-based Social Skills Groups from 2018–2019 and organized and facilitated Parent Support Groups during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020–2021). Throughout this time, I presented at multiple professional conferences, including poster presentations at ABAI and NYSABA, contributing research and case study work to the field.

Clinical Quality Manager (CQM) Comprehensive Behavior Supports (CBS) | May 2023 – October 2024 As Clinical Quality Manager, I supported clinical oversight and quality assurance processes across teams. I monitored assessment integrity, treatment fidelity, and data-driven decision-making practices to ensure alignment with ethical and regulatory standards. I collaborated closely with clinical leadership to strengthen consistency in assessment development and treatment implementation across providers.

Director of Training & Development BK Behavior | October 2024 – Present

I began this role as a team of one and have since built and now oversee a team of 18 members. I lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all training, professional development, and clinical growth initiatives across the organization.

Key initiatives and oversight include: Launching and scaling BK Academy, Awarding $40,000 in scholarships in 2025, Updating and restructuring the Internship Program, currently supporting 22 interns, Leading the Graduate Permit Program with two supervisors, 12 GPBAs, and servicing 21 CBS clients, Managing additional clinical support requests, Facilitating HR-directed professional ethics violation trainings when identified

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position. However, as state regulations continue to evolve, the role may transition to a hybrid model in the future, with advance notice provided to clinicians.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.
