Job summary

St. Joseph’s Villa in Richmond, VA seeks a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (LBA) to support community-based and outpatient behavioral treatment programs.

Under supervision, you will assist with assessments, staff training, and delivering individual, group, and family sessions for children and adolescents with behavioral and developmental disabilities. The role requires a Virginia LBA with at least three years of related experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA) in Virginia required.
Minimum of three years related experience with the target population.
Experience in supervisory role preferred.
Strong documentation and data-collection skills.

Responsibilities

Complete assessments for In-Home Behavioral Treatment Services.
Maintain caseload and provide direct client care hours.
Train staff under Clinical Supervisor of IHBT.
Provide one-on-one behavioral support services.
Transport clients as needed following procedures.
Assist with program goal development and data review.
