Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team. We provide ABA therapy in-home and in the community, with supervision from our Executive Director and Clinical Director.

A master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, along with strong writing and interpersonal skills. We offer hybrid positions, a competitive salary, PTO/sick time, flexible scheduling, and professional development opportunities.

• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
