Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Arizona is seeking a BCBA to design and implement ABA plans, conduct assessments, and mentor technicians. This full-time, remote-available role offers a base salary of $85,000-$95,000 with monthly bonuses and a flexible schedule, no weekends, plus PTO and a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll work with families, stay current with ABA research, and balance a remote caseload with quarterly travel opportunities, supported by a collaborative leadership team.
