Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time contract position in the Philadelphia area. The role emphasizes applying the organization’s vision and goals while providing high-quality ABA services.

The candidate will conduct FBA and assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and schools. HIPAA/FERPA compliance and state regulations are required strengths.

Qualifications

• National Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year BCBA experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
• Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs and other staff.
• Train staff, families, and educators in ABA strategies and data collection.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and treatment team planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per regulations.
• Ensure compliance with ethics codes and regulations.
• Develop and oversee crisis intervention and safety plans.
• Promote skill generalization across home, school, and community settings.

A great School is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team! This is a contract, part time position. Days shift. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Qualifications/Education and Experience:

National Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification. Minimum 1 year BCBA experience required.

• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA/FERPA, and Pennsylvania DHS/PDE regulations.
• Develop and oversee crisis intervention and safety plans.
• Promote skill generalization and positive behavior change across home, school, and community settings.
