Behavioral Innovations in San Antonio is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our West Treatment Center. You will deliver and supervise ABA therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help children with autism reach their potential.

We offer a competitive salary of $83,000 to $95,000, 20 days PTO plus 7 holidays, internal CEUs, tuition discounts, leadership support, quarterly bonuses, and a $40,000 retention bonus program.
