Job summary

Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional ABA Clinic that is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Worcester, MA. This is a full-time role with a combination of in-person (in-home and center-based) supervision support and a pediatric caseload, offering an hourly pay range of $41–$43.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable BCBA experience within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum).
• Valid BCBA credential/license or in process in state of practice.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not offered at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to pediatric caseloads.
• Supervise in-home and center-based settings as part of supervision support.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate care and progress reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
