Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team. You’ll work across centers or in-home settings with flexibility, mentorship, and minimal administrative burden.

You’ll assess behavior, design individualized plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, analyze data, and coach families. We value balance, ongoing development, and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • LABA certification where required by state.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in multiple settings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
  • Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
  • Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
  • Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time

Compensation:

  • $60-$70

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:

  • Reliable transportation

  • Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
