Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking a seasoned Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home ABA team in Charleston, SC. The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, conduct behavioral assessments, and supervise RBTs and practicum students across home, clinic, and school settings.

You will collaborate with families and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, ethical ABA therapy, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans while maintaining detailed documentation and delivering caregiver

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or national equivalent in psychology, special education, ABA, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
• Strong clinical judgement and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct behavioral services when needed.
• Supervise RBTs, BCBAs, and practicum students.
• Deliver caregiver and RBT ongoing support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.

Already Autism Health is looking to add a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing team of ABA providers for our in-home clients in Charleston, SC. As a BCBA at Already Autism Health, you will provide clinical oversight, conduct behavioral assessments, and supervise a team of RBTs, and practicum students in a variety of settings - home, clinic, and school. You will also collaborate with caregivers and stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA therapy.

Schedule:

Full-time is considered 105 billable hours per monthrequired(26 hours per week on average!)

Compensation:

$85,000 - 90,000 plus MONTHLY incentives!

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently while following established guidelines
