Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders. The BCBA will supervise and collaborate with our executive director and clinical director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and in community settings.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing programs and behavior plans.
• Work well in teams and be organized, self-motivated, and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
