Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Texas LBA eligibility preferred/required per state guidelines.
• 1+ year of center-based experience preferred; supervision experience a plus.
• Strong skills in assessment, program design, data analysis, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities
