Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Maryland seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver in-home and community ABA services for children with autism, supervised by our Executive Director and Clinical Director.

We offer hybrid positions, flexible scheduling, PTO/Sick time, in-house CEUs, professional development, and advancement opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• LBA in Maryland.
• Proficient in communication and collaboration within a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and in the community; supervised by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and work well in teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.

• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.

• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.

• Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
