Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a BCBA Lead to oversee RBTs and BTs in a hybrid in-home setting from Raleigh to Apex, NC. You will design individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes for children with autism.

Compensation That Reflects Your Value

Our BCBAs earn above the national average. Here is what your total package looks like:

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
• Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
• Total Potential: Up to $112,000

Sign-on Bonus:

$5,000-$10,000 sign-on bonus in addition to compensation package offered!

What Would You Be Doing?

As a BCBA On Our Interdisciplinary Team, You Will
