Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services across Arizona with hybrid in-clinic and remote duties. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA plans, assess progress, and collaborate closely with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold active BCBA and AZ LBA certifications, demonstrate exceptional communication and coaching skills, and show genuine commitment to compassionate care in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

• Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below)
