Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our hybrid Virginia Beach team. You\'ll conduct FBAs, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking a full-time, passionate BCBA to join our team in a hybrid position. This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with some remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
