Butterfly Effects is seeking a passionate BCBA to help us fulfill our mission to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. We offer a welcoming environment with leadership that champions every individual to achieve their potential.

As a BCBA, you will supervise 1:1 treatment, conduct behavior assessments, develop individualized plans, manage RBTs/BTs, and train caregivers monthly, in a hybrid setting across field and center-based work in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

What would you be doing?

• Individualizing client treatment plans

What do you bring to the role?

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB.
• BCBAs that require additional experience will be enrolled in our BCBA mentorship program.
