You will work with children with autism across home, community, and school settings, mentor staff, and collaborate with families and educational teams. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and train clinical staff while maintaining high-quality services.

Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This is a full-time, hybrid position. You will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality ABA services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will work directly with children with autism and related developmental disabilities across home, community, and school settings, while also mentoring staff and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, and ensuring high-quality clinical services. This role also supports the development of clinical staff through training, supervision, and ongoing feedback.
You will play a key role in helping clients achieve meaningful progress while supporting a collaborative and positive treatment team.
Initial 90 Days: Salary is offered for 90 days based on $80,000–$105,000 annually while you build your caseload
After 90 Days (Salary): Maintain a minimum average of 30 billable hours per week to remain eligible for salaried compensation
After 90 Days (Hourly): If billing falls below 30 hours per week, compensation transitions to $51–$67 per clinical billable hour
These rates are determined based on BCBA experience.
*Sign-on and relocation bonuses are retained aftertwo years of employment.
