Job description

Northeast Family Services is hiring Full‑Time and Fee‑for‑Service Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Flexible hours are available; the minimum billable weekly hours for full‑time positions is 26. Hybrid in‑person and telehealth positions are also offered.

The BCBA will be responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, development of treatment plans, provision of family consultations and trainings, supervision of behavior technicians, and direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. The BCBA will complete all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including instructional program development, data collection, graphing, analysis, progress reports, and behavior support plans.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
  • Current BCBA certification, in good standing with the BACB
  • Current LABA preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Availability to work morning, after‑school, and evening hours
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A compassionate approach to care
  • Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
  • Proficient with word processing and graphing software
  • Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
  • Access to a laptop or CPS, high‑speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
  • Access to high‑speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation
  • Full‑Time: salary $65,000 to $75,000
