Job summary

BlueSprig in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a team of behavior technicians, develop individualized ABA intervention plans, and collaborate with families and physicians to deliver tailored therapy.

You will rely on strong clinical judgment within a collaborative, clinician-first environment that supports professional growth, offers a hybrid work model, ongoing CEUs, and a clear pathway from BCBA to center leadership while maintaining ethical practice

Qualifications

• Hold BCBA credential with state licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Total Annual Compensation: $103,000.00
• Annual Salary: $85,000.00
• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)
