Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate BCBA to lead clinical programming in Monroe, CT, delivering center-based and in-home ABA services. The role includes supervising behavior therapists, assessing progress, and partnering with families to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Connecticut behavior analyst licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Experience supervising RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and skill-based evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Create and update behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and performance feedback.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and clinical review.
• Modify treatment programs based on client progress and clinical need.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, session documentation, and insurance-required reports.
• Participate in team meetings, staff training, and clinical case reviews.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies.

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Monroe, Connecticut.

This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services in a supportive and collaborative environment. The BCBA will oversee client programming, supervise behavior therapists, partner with families, and help children with autism develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
