Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical programs, coach RBTs, and drive individualized ABA plans for children with autism. You will oversee a small caseload, develop evidence-based treatments, and collaborate with families to ensure consistency across settings.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in ABA, an active BCBA, and an Illinois LBA license, with strong leadership and data-analysis skills. This hybrid role supports work-life balance and professional growth.

  • Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification.
  • Must hold an active LBA credential in the State of Illinois.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and Lead Therapists.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 6–8 clients with a billable expectation of 28 hours.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support professional growth
  • Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs
  • Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings
  • Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving to support each child’s development
