Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is looking for qualified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) professionals to join our state‑of‑the‑art clinic in Durham, North Carolina. We provide life‑changing ABA treatment to children and families with Autism.

Our team values collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous growth. Small caseloads allow each BCBA to provide high‑quality care in both home and clinic settings.

Position Summary

The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs, continually evaluates client needs, provides parent education and consultation, and problem‑solves so each client can reach their potential. The role also supervises behavior technicians, ensuring professional growth and implementation of treatment plans with high reliability and fidelity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs.
• Design treatment plans of care and measurement/data collection systems.
• Provide case oversight in compliance with BACB (~20% oversight or more).
• Motivate and mentor Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to learn and implement plans effectively.
• Attend monthly off‑site RBT meetings and client outcomes reviews.
• Conduct family training.
• Billing and documentation for all clinical activities, same day as activity.
• Participate in regularly scheduled monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff.
• Pass background and reference checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• One year or more experience in ABA preferred; experience with ASD highly preferred.
• Proven experience as an inspirational leader and ability to design and achieve project‑based goals.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Can‑do attitude, flexibility, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Unrelenting client‑focused mindset and high ethical standards.
• Superior mentorship and coaching skills for RBTs.
• Desire to grow and pursue continual learning opportunities.
• Passion for excellence in Applied Behavioral Analysis.
