Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments and reassessments.
• Complete caregiver interviews, direct observations, and appropriate assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and medical necessity.
• Create measurable, clinically appropriate treatment goals and recommendations.
• Determine recommended ABA service hours and appropriate levels of care.
• Complete assessment reports and treatment plans accurately and within required timelines.
• Make revisions requested by QA or insurance/payer reviewers when necessary.
• Collaborate with families, clinical leadership, and administrative staff throughout the assessment process.
• Ensure documentation meets payer, regulatory, BACB, and company requirements.
• Participate in authorization or peer-review processes when needed.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with families and the Epic Minds Therapy team.
