Cross River Therapy is seeking BCBA’s to provide ABA services throughout North Carolina. This role allows you to make a positive impact in the lives of children with autism while enjoying flexible hours and competitive pay. Responsibilities include supervising therapists, designing intervention plans, and collaborating with parents and case managers for optimal care.

Competenze

• BCBA certification from the BACB is mandatory.
• Experience working with children with autism is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to analyze data.

Cross River Therapy offers very competitive salary and generous bonuses. You can choose the hours you want to work as well as the areas you wish to provide service in.

Responsibilities are to provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.

Design ABA curriculum plans as well behavior intervention plans.

Analyze ABA data and write reports summarizing progress and best strategies.

Coordinate and confer with parents and case managers to maintain high level of care.

Requirements:

BCBA certification from the BACB

Experience working with children with autism
