Key Autism Services is seeking passionate BCBAs for center-based, in-home, or hybrid roles across multiple states. The team emphasizes clinical excellence, mentorship, flexibility, and sustainable work-life balance while supporting children and families.

Positions offer flexible scheduling, relocation assistance, and strong benefits. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and experts to improve outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification required in all states
• LABA certification required where state demands it
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Reliable transportation for travel to client sites
• Ability to obtain Safety Care certification
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

• $5000 Sign On Bonus for New Hires!

• $85,000-$115,000+ total compensation potential, based on experience

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports

• Current BCBA certification
