Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a BCBA to lead our interdisciplinary team at the Feeding Hills center. You will supervise RBTs/BTs, design individualized ABA plans, and mentor staff while maintaining strong family involvement and ethical standards.

You will drive clinical autonomy, lead caregiver trainings, and collaborate across disciplines to achieve meaningful outcomes for children with autism and their families. This role offers growth into regional leadership as we expand nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience working with children and families affected by autism.
• Strong collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess and plan using functional behavior assessments and individualized goals.
• Lead caregiver training sessions to build family capacity.

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
• Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
